We have service approval for 15 family day care homes in the Western Downs.
Our Family Day Care homes offer care from 6 weeks of age to 12 years of age for a minimum booking of only 2 hours.
This shorter booking time may suit some families better than long day care services. Starting at $16.50 per hour, less your CCS, it could be a cheaper option too!
We are committed to meeting the community’s needs, so our houses offer varied hours. Some are overnight and weekend care; some you can book for two weeks on two weeks off for FIFO workers; some just do before and after kindy or school care… Tell us what you need and we will find a home that suits you!

During the day this house and Educator is available for “relief” care if your regular Cubby House family day care service is closed. CCS is not available for this service, but at only $50 for the day, this could be handy if you still need to go to work!
Available Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
Overnight and Weekend care with CCS will be available here in 2026.
